Basic Concepts
Produce a TERAFLOP of performance on a single chip
- Consists of 80 Cores in an 8x10 grid.
- Silicon is 22mm x 13.75mm
- Target clock rate of 3.1GHz / Core
- Data to be moved via on-chip interconnect fabric
- Data to be stacked via SRAM attached directly to Bottm of the chip
- Could this be the 32nm GESHER platform?
Now.. thats crunching power!
