i thought it looked british from the first pic, but someone beat me to that observation

the last guy could easily be a big time DJ. they all tend to look like normal people. i'm guessing early 00's movie about the dance scene maybe? maybe it's because i'm still thinking of Groove from the last page. i can't think of a new guess for these shots...hmmm.
