Wii: NTSC to PAL ISO Patcher

Mit diesem Tool soll es möglich sein NTSC games auf einer Pal konsole zuspielen, dh. importe aus den USA und Japan sind auf einer europäischen Konsole spielbar. dabei gilt genauso wie bei dem Wiikey, dass etwa 70% der spiele laufen. vermutlich benutzt das tool die selbe schwachstelle wie der Wiikey.

1. ich hab das programm nicht getestet

SYNDiCATE have just released an impressive new tool that is said to patch NTSC game images, allowing them to be played directly on PAL Wii units. The patcher offers the same functionality that the WiiKey modchip offers, but will of course work on any Wii unit that has been modified to allow the playback of backups.

The team say that the patcher will work on approximately 70% of current NTSC games (same as WiiKey), and should even work on Japanese NTSC games.


UPDATE #2
SYNDiCATE have updated the patcher to v1.1. This fixes large file size errors and also fixes NTSC-J to NTSC-U patching (which was broken in v1.0). Download it here, read the NFO file here.

A new version of the patcher was just released. It comes with a GUI this time, and supports NTSC-U/J to PAL and NTSC-J to NTSC-U. Grab it here, read the NFO file here.

Hat das schon mal einer getestet, sonst macht man sich die Wii doch mit NTSC spiele kaputt und darauf hat bestimmt keiner Lust!
