Now maybe they'll quit suing 80-year old grandmothers who do not own computers and do something more productive for society? Yeah, I doubt it too.

The problem off RIAA is that they are a bunch off greedy bastards.

The record labels, have a huge profit margin for every CD they sell, and they will not going the give that up easily. So F*** them and keep copying!

i boycotted cd sales when they started the copyright protections that wouldn't let me rip my own CDs to my PC =/

Aren't bootleg cds more common in third world developing countries like china? Cause I live in Canada and personally don't know anyone who buys bootleg cds. The few that do buy legit cds are getting tired of doing so because of all the dumb restrictions and "illegal" software they have to obtain just to rip and get the songs onto their own mp3 players. I read recently though Warner Bros is coming out with e-label or something allowing artists to release a few songs at a time to sell instead of a bunch on a cd, maybe we'll hear more decent songs instead of crap artists make just to fill up a cd.
