Why just not use http://www.btracs.com/index.htm to check for open trackers. And you can try with http://www.stamcar.com/2007/07/25/tracker-checker-2-public-preview/ ,to automatically check those hard to get into trackers for signup.

I personally doubt that. IMHO they will eventually open the invite system. They are starting to be a bit more careful after seeing what happened with OiNK
