But I'm wondering something...how come most of these sites all have the same layout, the exact same FAQ and rules presented the exact same way as if they all belonged to the same webmaster?

Not that I'm paranoiac, but I don't really feel confident in subscribing to them..

Because the source code is the same "TBdev" , if they want they can rearrange but nowadays tracker's coders are too.lazzy.
