Even then ppl. should always use other email accounts like gmail, yahoo etc., and never use their original email accounts.. not just for signing up, but for other stuff too, cause it ends up in receiving spam (in case the email is leaked out).. and unlike the free accounts, you cannot get a new email id from your ISP.
