I think torrenttde meant that there should be different threads:
1st - for trackers like TL, TB and etc - where the speed is max, quantity of seeders and uploaders is high and the files are uploaded as fast as they can be after the pre,
2nd - for trackers where the speed is avreage or low cuz of quantity of ups and seeders and files are uploaded way after pre

Well, that's how I got it
