Great news, a reference was made in a slyck.com article about riaa and how people are fighting back. They could use plenty of excuses, this, prove that it wasn't a friend using, computer wasn't in my possession at time, etc. Ah the court systems, protects the defendant more than the accuser, good for cases like these, bad for criminal cases like murderers...
