but i really dont know where the justice is
of course microsoft is acting like as if they own the ex-employee, but at the same time they got their reasons, cause he is probably violating some contract or anything...
i think to know what the right side is, first they'll have to know what made the employee leave microsoft in the first place

the only thing i think its stupid is:
