That couldn´t be right. Where is the GTA-Series or Command and Conqeror or a part of Final Fantasy??! And a few million is too few for the whole world. Only in Japan FInal Fantasy was sold many million times.

Final Fantasy series was very popular, but most sales were for consoles.

Actually comes as no surprise that The Sims is first for PC. Since it appeals to the larger audience of females as well, it's able to have double the potential customers of course. Also it's quite addictive playing a suped-up version of yourself that can have this huge house, and do whatever you want. I loved it as a teen, but now I don't play it anymore, mainly cause I just don't have the time lol.
