I guess you don't know the cops on this side of the planet.

It's nice to live in a country where the Minister of Justice himself has said that he P2P-"crimes" has very low priority. When all murders, robbers etc are behind bars then there might be time left for hunting P2P-"criminals"...

Since there are propably atleast thousands of members, they will most likely try to "punish" only those who upload the most. Hiding in the masses helps.sick_unit schrieb:Just say you were a member of a torrent site and the FBI or someone else shuts them down and take all there servers would the members also be punished for participating with illegal downloading?
Everything has a beginning on the Internet. The material found on BitTorrent, eDonkey2000 and even the Newsgroups have their origins. Many times, movies - especially prereleased ones - originate from "Top Sites." Top sites are the tip of the piracy iceberg, where material typically trickles down to more common forms of exchange. Yesterday, the FBI arrested Chirayu Patel who ran a top site server.
