The Sound Asleep EP (also referred to as the Whisper EP) was released in August, 1999. It features the first known recording of Whisper along with two of the four instrumental tracks released by evanescence pre-Fallen. A limited edition of only 50 copies were ever made with help from Bigwig Enterprises. It was released with no artwork on CD-R in a flexible 'DiscSaver' case directly to friends and local fans in Little Rock, AR. It wasn't really sold at a show.
