Based on ScarAngel v1.2
(i.e. Xtreme 5.2.1 MoD including Webcache and Antileecher functions)

Changelog:
- no ratio
- min. upload = 1kb/s
- only upload to eMule-clients
- corrected the fairness max global problem
- no mod-string modifications, identifies as "ScarAngel 1.2"
- including antileecher.dll (v19)
- optional feature*: overhead upload only at 8.5 kb/s

*Note: This is basically a no upload option. If you set the upload limit to 8.5 kb/s !before! connecting to any server/kad or client, this mod will just use the 8.5 kb/s for uploading overhead data. No client will be able to download, unless you change your upload limit to any other value.

0-Upload would be possible, but is not reasonable since it also includes the overhead data (No overhead data upload -> no downloadspeed). Setting 0.0 kb/s changes to 8.5kb/s -> overhead upload only

Bin grad mal am Testen, aber irgendwie klappt das mit dem "nur Overhead Upload" nicht. Hat das schonmal jemand hinbekommen und kann mir sagen wie's geht? Ansonsten ist das kein schlechter Mod.
