Dicicam Ricoh Caplio G3 und Mandrake 9.1

Hallo Zusammen,
hoffentlich kann mir einer von Euch helfen.

Ich versuche sehr erfolglos, meine Digicam Ricoh Caplio G3 irgendwie anzusprechen.
Ich verwende Mandrake 9.1
Ich habe versucht sie einzurichten, aber sie wird nicht erkannt. Steht allerdings auch nicht bei den fast 400 von gphoto unterstützten Kameras dabei
Auch die Auswahl eines anderen Modells von Ricoh (habe mittleriweile alle probiert!) bringt mich nicht weiter.

Hat jemand ne Idee, was ich machen könnte? Vielleicht das Teil als Platte mounten oder so? Hab ich probiert, kriegs aber nicht hin.

Ricoh Caplio G3

Bei der Ricoh Caplio G 3 ist doch ne Software dabei, die alles von selber erledigt.

Software instalieren (Ricoh Gate La) und Kamera über USB anschließen und schon wirst du gefragt, ob du die Bilder laden willst. Wenn du dann noch eintippst, dass das Programm immer starten soll, geht das nächste Mal alles automatisch.

Kamera aus. USB einstecken. Kamera geht von alleine an und lädt die Bilder in ein Verzeichnis mit dem Datum der Fotoerstellung mit durchlaufenden Nummern der Bilder. Kann man gar nichts falsch machen.

Ja, genau so funktioniert es auch. Aber leider nur unter Windows, nicht unter Linux

Möchte die Kamera halt unter Linux verwenden können...

kommen meldungen in der konsole wenn du die cam anklemmst?

spuckt cdrecord --scanbus was von der cam aus?

In der Konsole erscheint leider nichts.

Ja, werde ich mal versuchen...
Habe die Hotlinenummer auf der Homepage von Ricoh gefunden...
Aber da heute Feiertag ist, werde ich wohl bis Montag warten müssen.
