azureus wont start (shu mod 3.1.1.1)

i installed azureus vuze 3.1.1.0 and it runs fine.. but when i replace azureus2.jar file from shu mod 3.1.1.1 i get the following error.->

i reinstalled java but it didnt solve my problem either.. any clues how to solve this problem? help me guys my ration is getting really really bad on some private trackers. check the screen shot of the error too.
